Desiand Ltd is a creative branding and design studio offering subscription-based and on-demand design services.
Subscription-Based Services
Our subscription service provides ongoing access to branding, design, and creative support. Subscriptions are billed in advance and may be paused or reactivated at any time in accordance with the selected plan.
On-Demand Services
We also provide one-time design services for specific project-based needs, billed individually.
Nature of Relationship
Desiand Ltd acts solely as a creative service provider. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as forming a partnership, joint venture, employment, or profit-sharing relationship.
4. User Accounts and Website Use
Users cannot create accounts on the Website.
Users are not permitted to upload or submit any content to the Website.
5. Purchases and Payments
On-demand services are purchased through one-time payments.
Subscription plans are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled by the Client.
