Desiand Ltd is a creative branding and design studio offering subscription-based and
on-
demand
design services.
Subscription-based
Ongoing access to branding, design, and creative support. Subscriptions are billed in advance
and may be paused or reactivated at any time, subject to the selected plan.
On-demand
One-time projects for clients with specific or immediate design needs. Delivered as standalone
engagements and billed individually.
Nature of relationship
Desiand Ltd acts solely as a creative service provider and branding partner. Nothing in this
Agreement forms a partnership, joint venture, employment, or profit-sharing relationship.

Accounts & Website Use
Users cannot create accounts on the Website.
Users are not permitted to upload or submit any content (text, images, or files) directly to the
Website.
All project communication and material exchange are handled through approved
communication channels.

Purchases & Payments
Clients may purchase one-time design services through agreed payment methods.
Subscription payments are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled by
the Client.
Clients may pause or resume their subscription in accordance with their plan terms.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all content on the Website — including text, graphics, visuals,
logos, layouts, design systems, and digital assets (the "Content") — is the exclusive property of
Desiand Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Permitted use
You may view and use Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Prohibited use
Reproducing, copying, or redistributing Website content.
Modifying or creating derivative works.
Using Desiand trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission.

Client Responsibilities & Prohibited

If refunded within the first month, all delivered design materials remain the property of
Desiand Ltd and may not be used by the Client in any form.

Desiand Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become
effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of

Showcasing Design Work
