Subscription-Based Services
Our primary offering is a subscription-based creative branding service that provides ongoing access to branding, design, and creative support. This model allows clients to receive continuous updates, strategic brand alignment, and consistent visual output without the need for long-term employment contracts.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and may be paused or reactivated at any time, subject to the selected plan.
On-Demand Services
We also offer on-demand design services for clients with specific or immediate design needs. These services are delivered as one-time projects and billed individually.
Nature of Relationship
Desiand Ltd acts solely as a creative service provider and branding partner.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as forming a partnership, joint venture, employment, or profit-sharing relationship. Clients retain full ownership, responsibility, and control over their business operations and outcomes.
4. User Accounts and Website Use
User Accounts
Users cannot create accounts on the Website.
User Content Uploads
Users are not permitted to upload or submit any content (including text, images, or files) directly to the Website.
All project communication and material exchange are handled through approved communication channels.
5. Purchases and Payments
On-Demand Services
Clients may purchase one-time design services through agreed payment methods.
Subscription Plans
Subscription payments are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled by the Client. Clients may pause or resume their subscription in accordance with their plan terms.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all content on the Website—including text, graphics, visuals, logos, layouts, design systems, and digital assets (collectively, the “Content”)—is the exclusive property of Desiand Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Clients are encouraged to contact Desiand Ltd first to resolve disputes informally.
Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
16. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement
